Empty vehicle, checked
The trip does not end with a child on board. With a monitor, both check — each on their own phone.
For school transport operators
Every trip records who boarded, who was dropped off, to whom, and checks the vehicle is empty at the end. Parents follow on their phones, nothing to install.
Free for up to 2 children. No card.
Safety is not a paid feature. These three apply to every operator from day one.
The trip does not end with a child on board. With a monitor, both check — each on their own phone.
Guardians are notified right away. If nobody reads it, the alert escalates: resend, emergency contacts and, finally, the operator.
The child is only handed to an authorized person. Someone else at the door? A guardian authorizes by phone, with a code.
Boarding, drop-off, "did not come" and the empty-vehicle check: each record keeps who did it, on which device, and both the device time and the server time.
One system for three different people — each sees only what they need.
New in the family portal
Chat, calls and the child’s own phone — under the same privacy rules as the trip.
Text, emoji, animated stickers and full-screen effects between parents and the child. Messages disappear after 24 hours, and the operator never reads them.
Straight between the devices, nothing recorded. With the child on board, voice only — so the other children are never filmed.
Optional, with the operator’s camera: only during the child’s trip, no audio, no recording, and with the consent of every family on board.
They see their own trip: where the van is, how soon it arrives and the plate to check before getting in. A guardian connects it.
A discreet tap on the child’s phone alerts the family — and the van team only if the child chooses. It is not an emergency service.
The vehicle, the plate and today’s team, with photos. If the team changes, the family is told.
Audio in the chat, voice and video calls, the live camera and saved messages are part of Plus, which the family subscribes to in the portal, per child. Everything about safety stays free for them.
Always free for families: the live trip, alerts, "did not board", the help button, pick-up, absences and text chat.

No. They get a link from the operator, confirm with a code sent to their phone, and that is it. To get alerts, they just allow notifications in the browser.
They use the app in the browser of an Android phone, and can add it to the home screen like an app. The phone is personal: each driver has their own, confirmed by the operator.
Yes. Boardings and drop-offs are kept on the phone, with the time they happened, and sent when the internet is back.
No. Only during their own child’s trip, only the vehicle’s position and only their child’s home or school stop.
No. The chat is only between the guardians and the child; the operator has no access, and messages disappear after 24 hours unless a guardian saves one.
An optional subscription the family itself takes out, per child: audio in the chat, voice and video calls, the live camera and saved messages. Safety is never paid.
